A year or two ago I watched a half-life fact files series on youtube and they demonstrated some interesting tiny details from HL 1 on how certain enemies behave in their environments and I was wondering if you were all planning on incorporating those behaviors into the OPBM and GD remakes and perhaps better use them in ways that it won't be as overlooked as they were in the original. I hope you don't mind the links.
Bullsquides had a hunger mechanic. perhaps this could be used to solve a puzzle in guard duty.

Female Black Ops once had some melee attacks. perhaps in operation black mesa the black ops could use CQC in addition to trying to distance themselves from the player.

the houndeyes have a unique set of behaviors when alone or when in a pack including increasing their damge abilities. given how houndeyes are usually shot dead rather quickly perhaps there's a way to design an area to better demonstrate these behaviors in the biodom complex.

Vortigaunt's healing of others would be a great mechanic to make combat more difficult and would be in line with the lore established in hl2ep2. even if this wasn't used in either remake it could certainly work as some dialogue from a rattled trooper who may have seen it happen.
